Today, Villa Victoria, the 435 unit housing community of 3,000 multicultural residents that they developed, remains an affordable housing oasis in Boston’s gentrified and affluent South End neighborhood, because of the efforts of Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción (IBA).” -From IBA’s website.
