In the beginning, there was once a blog about random thoughts and observations about technology & society. Then life intervened, time passed. Trends like crowdsourced content, social media, the sharing economy, mobile-first, big data, IoT, machine learning, and blockchain, just to name a few, emerged. Some succumbed to the passage of time, others are still with us today. The author became a startup participant, founder, and manager, moving from North America, to Europe, and then back again.
