Yale’s newest Journal of Law and Technology is up, with an accompanying blog format. Check out this article called “Copyright’s Digital Reformulation.” It’s not particularly revolutionary, but it has a lot of good international trade agreements info. For people who (like me) are not too familiar with TRIPS and such, it’s a good start.
