    Why don’t you at least point out that the judge denied the request for the TRO??? That’s certainly more important than the fact that the case was “accelerated.”

    The EFF “forgot” to mention in their own press release that the TRO was denied as well. Not surprising coming from them, but from someone at Harvard Law School?
