Nelson K. Tunoi is a mettle and versatile Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with specialism in
legal research, monitoring and reporting on the development of jurisprudence and emerging trends locally and internationally. He is a Member of the Kenya Law Reports (KLR) Law Reporting Team at the National Council for Law Reporting (Kenya Law), the official and authoritative publisher of Kenya’s public legal information. He is also a volunteer (Legal-Lead) of Creative Commons Kenya—an affiliate of the Creative Commons Movement—which advocates for free and/or use of less/non-restrictive copyright regime to facilitate open access to public legal information in Kenya. Nelson’s specialties include, but not limited to Law Reporting, Legal Research, Law Reform, Open Access, Public Policy, and Legal Aid and Awareness.
