Poker
The poker working group is dedicated to the legitimation of poker as a teaching tool, and to its recognition as a quintessentially American strategic game with an important place in society. It is currently in the process of drafting an advisory letter to the Massachusetts attorney general arguing that poker tournaments are games of skill and should not be subject to regulation in a fashion identical to lotteries.
