Hi, I am Donnie, a fellow at the Harvard Berkman Center for Internet and Society during 2009-2011.

Currently, I am a founding director to Kun Wei, a platform of senior legal and financial professionals who can rent their time (with a lower rate) to startups and MSEs in dealing with their legal and compliance management matters.

Before founding Kun Wei, I had been a senior in-house counsel at a leading Fin-tech company. Prior to it, I worked with an international law firm with leading IP and IT law practices in Asia. That was after my completion of the fellowship at Berkman.

I received a Ph.D. from the City University of Hong Kong, a JSD from China University of Political Science and Law, and an LL.M. at UC Berkeley.
