Dear 1L Students,
Greetings! As part of the registration process for the fall term, we ask that you provide us with your contact information by logging into MyPlan (https://myplan.law.harvard.edu) and accessing the “Address change Form”. Please note for those students who want to pick up their cash advance checks from Student Financial Services on Friday, August 26th at orientation you will need to have completed this form by 5pm on August 23.
Login to MyPlan using the same user name as your HLS email followed by .jd14. Your password will be the same as the password you have been using for your HLS email account.
Here is an example using my name:
User Name: lburns.jd14
Password: (Your HLS email password)
Once logged in, click “Current Students,” then click on “Address Change Form”. There are three main categories on this page. Please note: all asterisked fields are required.
· Current address information – we ask that you enter your “local” or Cambridge address, as well as your “permanent” (where you live when you’re not at HLS) address.
· Emergency Contact information – we require that you provide us with emergency contact information each year. This is a requirement of your registration.
· Intent to return check box – Please ignore this box as it is intended for the returning 2 and 3L students.
This process must be completed by August 31.
Once you have completed the form, please click the “Submit” button.
