The Governance Workstream hosted its second workshop on Friday, August 31, 2012 at the National Archives in Washington, DC.
The Governance Workstream discussed establishing the DPLA as an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, including the creation of a charter and bylaws, as well as the process by which the DPLA will recruit an Executive Director.
