    Good public policy must be based on TRUST. Without trust, advances cannot be made. Republicans do not TRUST the poor or Blacks and this distrust impacts all policy-makers do.

    And yet, billions will go into Iraq without strict accountability. Why? Once again, it is about where the trust is placed. The government trusts that over which they appear to have control. They do not trust things over which they have no control, e.g., the poor and Blacks.

    And then there is the case of “what are you intending with your actions?” Rove is evil. Nothing less, nothing more.
