Hello, my name is Angela. While at Harvard I came across an interesting idea: Asking for your honeymoon as individual wedding presents from family and friends.
While this idea has become increasingly popular in the US, the concept was largely unknown in my travel-enthusiastic home country Germany and Europe as a whole. So in the fall of 2008, I wrote a business plan for an international honeymoon registry and innovative online-travel portal focusing on romantic travel. By now honeywish, Germanys first independent honeymoon registry and honeymoon travel portal, is just about to go international. This blog is about my honeymoon venture and the sometime curious life of a female internet entrepreneur.
