Recipe: Mango Lassi

Here’s how to make a Mango Lassi, the official beverage of Harvard’s South Asian Law Students Association:

1 cup fresh mango or mango pulp
3 cups yogurt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar

Blend till thick. This should make four servings.

Note: fresh mango tastes better than mango pulp. If you
want the apex of sweetness, use vanilla yogurt instead of plain
yogurt.
