David Letterman on John McCain skipping his Late Show appearance at the last minute

David Letterman on John McCain not showing up because he said he had to go to DC, although he really went and did an interview with Katie Couric. Letterman was not really happy about being lied too and got part of the Katie Couric interview feed onto his show…. and a little Keith Olbermann, who showed up as a replacement guest.
