Is poverty an issue that can be solved? If so, can it be solved by governmental and political means, or by humanitarian and charitable efforts? This paper is an excellent attempt to demonstrate how Behavioral Economics tries to bring both areas together and the obstacles and barriers that it faces… Very Well written.
