Is it an all-together good thing that the Dems are out-raising the Repubs? If the majority were small dollar donations, then absolutely, but why do I have a feeling that that is not the case…

Never Write When You Can Talk…
In a past campaign, after making the mistake of putting sensitive campaign information into a memo, I was politely, but immediately corrected by a elder statesman in the meeting, who advised collecting and shredding the documents immediately following. He repeated the old political adage that you never write when you can talk and you never talk when you can nod.
It was a very easy learning experience for me, I have to admit, but the Clinton campaign is having a little bit more difficult time with their’s.
Now, in addition to handling the media fall-out from what was otherwise a reasonable idea (Let’s not forget that he’s not wrong. IA is not going nearly as well for Hillary as NH), the campaign is left having to go to their Iowa staff and say “We’re behind you, I swear…” Not where you want to be, just months out from the Primary season.
