Well, the reason why it’s not beeing published in “Good Old Europe” because we haven not found a publisher there yet. But of course the journal can be subscribed for Europe as well. If it doesn’t work for somebody pleae feel free to contact me and I will try to help.
i assume you are able to download this paper at the Social Security Research Network (ssrn.com), there going to the LSN (legal scholarship network). Hope this helps.

Download link works fine on my end (I use firefox). ^^all the way at the linked to “paper”.
@produkte24: What kind of explanation is that supposed to be? All you did was copy paste the about us description from the AIP Journal’s website
