I Now Have Photoculinary Competition

OH NO! A friend of mine today told me I should check out the Food and Wine section of the New York Times. To my suprise, there is another person out there photographing his food. Ironically, we’re doing it for the opposite reasons. He’s doing it to showcase the diverse options afforded to him in New York City. I’m doing it to embarrass myself into cooking more creative things.

Either way, I guess my idea wasn’t all that original.

No, I think the idea is quite original. Am just wondering when the more creative/better food is going to find its way to our home. What is the delay?

The “deal” is that Matt keeps asking me to make his dinners out of the left-over Trader Joe’s appetizers (from our housewarming party).

I photograph all of my lunches eaten away from home, and usually post them on my site!

    Yikes – I’m so unoriginal!
